You have 7 days from the date received to mail back pre-approved return for a full refund. Customer must submit a return request through our online portal or contact the store to get approval before mailing back. Customer pays for return shipping. All tags must be attached in their original place. You must include your original receipt. All Credit Card refunds will only be refunded to the original credit card used at time of payment. Clothes must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged. Shoes can not be worn and must be in the original box with original wrapping.
After the 7-day grace period for permitted items, all exchanges or store credit returns are subject to a $5 restocking fee for the first week after the Return Policy window, which will immediately be applied to the transaction. For every week, thereafter, $5 more will be added to the restocking fee. This restocking policy will only be applied to customers returns with this policy on their receipt.

WHAT IS A RESTOCKING FEE?
A restocking fee is a charge issued by a retailer when merchandise is returned. The fee varies by retailer depending on factors such as product value, return reason, and business policy. Typically, restocking fees range between 10-25% of the total purchase price. But here at Christina’s Boutique, we apply a restocking fee due to our quick product turnover rate and however many days past the return policy that you may be.
